Following his college years, Fabian embarked on a coaching journey with Thunder Soccer Club (TSC), where he had the opportunity to learn from seasoned mentors such as Jason Woodall, Ricky Wolff, and Michael Lynch. His dedication and expertise led him to hold the esteemed U8 Academy of Excellence Director position during his tenure at TSC.

In 2015 Fabian made a move to Fayetteville, where he joined Concorde Fire as a coach. His exceptional skills and passion for the sport earned him a promotion to the Director of the South Program at Concorde Fire in 2017.

A new chapter in Fabian's career unfolded in 2018 when he found his place at AFC Lightning. Here, he has thrived as the club's Pre-Academy and Tournament director, managing players, teams, and events that have grown in quality and quantity over time. Through his relentless dedication and commitment, Fabian has become an influential figure in the local soccer community.
